Here are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about visiting the CILC

What forms of payment does the CILC accept?

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Please note that Staff and Volunteers attend for free.

Would it be possible to invoice the school?

Yes, please mention your request at the time of booking.

Is there a minimum number of participants needed to run the programme?

Yes, a minimum of 8 participants are needed to run the programme.

Is there a maximum number of participants allowed?

Yes, for Festivals of Light and any regularly scheduled programme , we can accept a maximum of 60 participants. For the Orbit the Earth and Global Playroom programmes, we can accomodate up to 30 children.

Is parking available?

Metered parking and small paid parking lots are in the area.

How long is each programme?

Most programmes are 2 hours in length. Programmes intended for ECE-aged students are 90 minutes long.

Our group is not able to attend during the day. Can we arrange a different time?

Yes! We have some flexibility with our programming times. Please call us at 905-528-8813 to arrange a weekend or evening booking.

Can we take pictures of the displays at the CILC?

Yes! You are welcome to take pictures of our displays and if you enjoyed your visit, please tell others about us!
